What is Nomad World?
Nomad World Official is a project that was born from the frustration and difficulties to find affordable furnished housing during our travel contracts, as Travel Nurses. We believe traveling is the finest experience, and we want to make sure everyone enjoys the unforgettable adventure of getting to know new people, new cities, and even new cultures.

We started this beautiful journey March 2023, and we could not imagine how many people we would be able to help achieve their dream of traveling professionally. Travel Nurses, Temporary Contractors, Students, and so many travelers who were about to give up their goals because of the obstacles of finding temporary housing.

Nomad World is more than a housing platform. Nomad World is a community, where both travelers and hosts are treated like partners, more than clients. We go above and beyond to ensure the process of finding their monthly furnished apartment becomes a remarkable experience, instead of a burden. We aim for excellent customer service to help our hosts find the best match for their rental properties.

What makes us different?
Nomad World Official is the voice of the traveling community trying to bridge a gap that keeps growing out of control. The gap between the price for long-term, unfurnished housing, and the price for furnished short-term apartments is stretched by the profitable business of Airbnb, and similar industries. The price of monthly furnished apartments has increased exponentially in the last few years, bringing up the costs for travelers looking for mid-term to unaffordable numbers.

Nomad World is designed and managed by Travel Nurses, part of a community that is always expanding: Nomads! We provide our hosts with advice and insights of the trends, budgets, and recommendations to optimize their rental properties. Our services go beyond connecting hosts and travelers.

DANI SIAJ
Founder and CEO
Born and raised in Madrid, Spain. Dani has a Bachelor's in Science of Nursing and a Master's in Healthcare Administration. Dani has been a pediatric cardiac nurse for over 5 years, and doing travel nursing inspired him to build this project. Charlotte, NC, was the birth place of nomad world and he holds a very special place for the city.
